Habitat Dioramas
Our class
has been learning about animals during science. This week we researched an animal of our
choice. In class, we will be creating a brochure about our animal. At home, we
ask that your child create a habitat diorama. Our brochures and habitat
dioramas will be on display during Open House.
Important
Dates:
The habitat
dioramas need to be completed at home and then brought to school on Wednesday,
September 27. You can come and view these projects at Open House on Thursday,
September 28 from 5:30 to 6:30 P.M. Projects will be sent home on Friday,
September 29.
Suggestions:
Shoe boxes
make great habitats, but feel free to use your imagination and be creative.
Please help your child to remember to include items that are realistic to their
animal’s habitat. Please let me know if your child is in need of any type of
supply for this project. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact
me.
